QUIET RIOT: 'Don't Think' Audio Sample Available
September 4, 2006An audio sample of a new QUIET RIOT song, entitled "Don't Think", has been posted online at this location. As previously reported, the band's cover of the classic 1969 SPOOKY TOOTH song "Evil Woman", featuring singer Kevin DuBrow's duet with the voice of rock, Glenn Hughes (ex-DEEP PURPLE, BLACK SABBATH),can be heard at here. Both songs come off the group's new CD, "Rehab", due in the United States on October 3 through the recently formed independent label Chavis Records (CR).
The worldwide release of "Rehab" will be available and issued by U.K.-based Demolition Records in the following territories: Switzerland, Benelux (Netherlands, Belgium and Luxemburg),Russia, Greece, Italy, Hungary, Norway, Iceland, Spain, Portugal, Australia, Poland, Finland, Denmark, France, Sweden, South Africa, Brazil, Argentina, and of course the British Isles, with a expected late October 2006 availability. A Japanese release date is soon to be announced. The U.S. release will contain 11 songs, while the European/South American, etc., release will have the same track listing but will also include an additional bonus track. The Japanese release will include a bonus track that is different from the other international releases.

QUIET RIOT original members DuBrow and Frankie Banali (drums) recently reunited with Alex Grossi (guitar) and Chuck Wright (bass). For the new recordings, DuBrow and Frankie Banali are joined by Tony Franklinon bass (ex-THE FIRM, BLUE MURDER),session guitarist Neil Citron, and Hughes, who also plays bass on "Evil Woman".
